Our Story.
JS Family Office is an Australian based Investment Firm founded on a love of big ideas, good people, and the incredible opportunities that exist when the two come together.
Our approach to investment is simple; we partner with people and organisations who share our relentless curiosity, credible character, and willingness to think outside the box.
When it comes to sectors and industries, we proudly subscribe to a Broad-Church Philosophy - which means we welcome, learn, and collaborate with people of different backgrounds, and from all walks of life.
We believe that great ideas can come from anyone, from any corner of the world, and when given the right support and investment, they can be built and scaled into stories of great success.
John Schulz.
Born and raised in Tasmania and later via Western Australia where he now calls Perth home, John Schulz has built a reputation for finding unique opportunities & incredible people, whilst living in some of the most isolated cities in the world.
Having founded one of Australia’s leading Infrastructure Specialist Companies, John has learnt as much about business as he has people, since setting up Fremantle Constructions in 2004.
Leading an organisation of more than 500 employees to work across some of the country’s most challenging & high-profile projects, has given John an unparalleled understanding of commercial and cultural success, and the defining role interpersonal relationships play in driving this.
Today, John’s investment portfolio within the Family Office reflects the same ambition that has always driven him forward - to be able to use his experience to contribute to the personal and professional success of the people around him.
